I started practicing yoga when I was 19 and quickly fell in love with the physical asana of the practice. Exploring all different types of yoga over the next decade, the philosophy and spiritual practice became an increasingly important element for me. After moving to San Francisco and discovering the Yoga Tree family, I began to find myself in the studio a lot more. Yoga became my foundation, the thing that kept me balanced and gave me a new way to evolve as an individual. Following my dad's death, I found myself in North Carolina with an opportunity to take my 200 hour registered yoga teacher training at the Asheville Yoga Center. I'm currently pursuing my 500 hour RYT through Yoga Tree in San Francisco and you can find me teaching at Moving Arts Studio.
